the Path

imagine this.
you're in a totally new place, you've never been before.
say, a neighbourhood, full of terrace houses.
it's already 9.30 pm.
you wanna go to a friend's house for example, but you dont know the way.
there's a person willing to show it to you, and you followed her.
then you reached the correct house.
comes the next time you wanna go to the same friend's house, but it's during a bright day.
mesti rasa dah tak sama dah. but still, you got this person to show you the way again.
then comes the third, forth, fifth, sixth,.......time you go to this friend's house, where you're alright to go on your own.
at first you may need to memorize many landmarks, which turn to take, what's the house number and so forth. you always look around to commit things in your tiny skull.
after tens of times you go, you remember the road by heart.
tak perlu lihat kiri kanan, tak perlu hafal nama jalan dah, dah tak payah teragak2 nak ambik simpang mana.
dah tak perasan dah rumah mana yang dah cat baru, kedai mana yang baru bina, suasana keliling yang berubah sepanjang jalan. yg kita nampak hanyalah jalan nak pegi rumah kawan tu je. dah tahu jalan mana yang akan bawa kita cepat, jalan mana yang akan bawa kita lagi jauh. as if we're not distracted anymore by changes around us. distracted pun tak, apatah lagi being attracted to it.
cuma sekali sekala, pandang jugak keliling untuk tengok apa-apa yg berubah, manalah tahu kalau satu hari nanti ditakdirkan ada kepentingan untuk ke situ pulak.
tapi even though pandang keliling pun, still tak distract kita lama2 sebab kita tahu destination kita yg sebenar.

rasa-rasa, faham ke apa saya nak cakap ni?

p/s: terperasan mende ni bila bawa orang2 comel yg baru dtg jakarta pegi umah orang2 comel lain. kita yg dah biasa pegi ni dok jalan menonong, yg orang2 comel baru ni excited pandang keliling, tengok umah kiri kanan, noticed mende2 (or changes) yg kita pun tak penah perasan.bila dah lama2 ni, yg kita tahu nak cepat sampai je. 

ini je yg bottom line yg saya nak cakap sebenarnya: Allah, doa sangat2 that this dunya will not be a hindrance to reach you.
